What you will do

• Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of a new HRIS platform.
• Design and build scalable workflows, processes, and data structures within the HRIS.
• Own end-to-end semi-monthly payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations.
• Develop People data reporting and dashboards to support business decisions.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for employee questions regarding payroll and benefits.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in People Operations or HR Operations.
• Demonstrated experience leading or supporting an HRIS implementation.
• Strong hands-on experience with payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Deep experience administering HRIS platforms like BambooHR, HiBob, or Workday.
• Strong knowledge of multi-state payroll and employment compliance requirements.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

• Experience in a high-growth SaaS environment.
• Experience building People operations outside of a PEO environment.
• Experience with system integrations and HR tech stack optimization.
• Knowledge of AI agent creation and management.
