What you will do
- Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of a new HRIS platform.
- Design and build scalable workflows, processes, and data structures within the HRIS.
- Own end-to-end semi-monthly payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations.
- Develop People data reporting and dashboards to support business decisions.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee questions regarding payroll and benefits.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in People Operations or HR Operations.
- Demonstrated experience leading or supporting an HRIS implementation.
- Strong hands-on experience with payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Deep experience administering HRIS platforms like BambooHR, HiBob, or Workday.
- Strong knowledge of multi-state payroll and employment compliance requirements.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.

- Experience in a high-growth SaaS environment.
- Experience building People operations outside of a PEO environment.
- Experience with system integrations and HR tech stack optimization.
- Knowledge of AI agent creation and management.
