Enfuce is hiring a People Operations Specialist to join its global People team in a fast-growing fintech environment.

This is a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys building scalable people processes, working across multiple countries, and partnering closely with leadership in a fully remote setup.

What you’ll do:
— manage day-to-day people operations across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding
— support and improve HR policies, processes, and documentation across international markets
— partner with managers and employees on people-related queries and operational excellence
— coordinate payroll, benefits, compliance, and HR administration with internal and external stakeholders
— maintain HR systems and ensure data accuracy and reporting quality
— contribute to process optimisation and scaling people operations in a fast-paced fintech environment

What we’re looking for:
— experience in People Operations / HR Operations / HR Generalist roles
— strong understanding of HR processes, compliance, and employee lifecycle management
— experience working in international or multi-country environments
— high attention to detail, ownership, and process improvement mindset
— strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-moving scale-up
— fluency in English
