Location: Hybrid in Raleigh or Austin
Salary: $85,000–$100,000 OTE

What you will do
- Act as central operational hub ensuring HR consistency across global regions while tailoring to local needs.
- Provide administrative support for Global HR team in resolving complex employee relations matters.
- Execute end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, and total rewards.
- Maintain data integrity in HRIS and manage team member data flows.
- Collaborate with Payroll, Finance, Office Operations, and IT for system integration and compliance.
- Monitor personnel records and HR policies for regional labor law and data privacy compliance.
Requirements
- 3+ years in HR or related operational field
- Ability to collaborate globally, including periodic alignment with APJ time zones
- Experience with HRIS data processing and confidential information handling
- Proficiency in Excel for data analysis (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables)
- Detail-oriented execution of administrative tasks and error-free reporting
- Strong communication for employee guidance and executive insights
- Service-oriented passion for people and employee experience
Nice to have
- Experience with HRIS (SuccessFactors, ADP, Workday) and ATS (Lever, Greenhouse, Jobvite)
- Interest in AI-driven HR tools and automation
- Familiarity with ServiceNow, Confluence, Slack-integrated HR tools
