What you will do
- Own the end-to-end employee lifecycle across a global footprint, using data and feedback for continuous improvement.
- Manage accurate and compliant payroll and benefits programs across multiple jurisdictions in partnership with Finance.
- Lead global mobility, immigration, visa, and right-to-work processes, including supporting new entity setups.
- Optimize and automate the People team helpdesk to address root causes and scale support.
- Manage the People tech stack (HiBob, Ashby, Remote, Notion), leading vendor negotiations and integrations.
- Coordinate logistics for annual retreats and team workations while shaping company-wide communications.
Requirements
- 5+ years of People Operations experience in scale-up or high-growth environments.
- Proven track record of running end-to-end People programs with measurable impact.
- Experience managing global payroll, benefits, and compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
- Expertise in implementing and integrating HR tools (HRIS, ATS, performance management).
- Strong commercial mindset for negotiating vendor contracts and building business cases.
- Must be based in the UK, Ireland, or Portugal.
