What you will do
- Take commercial ownership of visual performance and brand identity to drive growth metrics.
- Lead and develop a team of designers and marketing managers in a data-informed culture.
- Sign off on brand frameworks, design systems, and high-stakes IP collaborations.
- Implement agile, AI-driven workflows to boost creative efficiency and asset production.
- Manage external spending and freelance talent pipelines to ensure seamless execution.
- Act as the strategic bridge between internal departments and external IP partners.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in brand or creative roles within the D2C ecosystem.
- Professional fluency in English is required.
- Proven track record in senior leadership and team development.
- Deep expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and Google Suite.
- Strong analytical foundation in performance marketing metrics.
- Experience integrating AI tools into creative pipelines.

- Strong design background.
- Direct experience in the children’s or educational industry.
