What you will do

• Formulate creative strategies using data, research, and creative insights.
• Analyze ad performance within Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Atria.
• Write high-converting scripts and copy for video, static ads, and email campaigns.
• Collaborate with production and post-production teams to ensure visual alignment with strategy.
• Perform consumer and competitor research to identify effective social media trends.
• Manage weekly strategic account planning and iterate concepts based on test results.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in creative strategy or performance marketing.
• Proven experience in Paid Social or Direct Response.
• Proficiency with Facebook Ads Manager and other ad platforms (TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat).
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven work environment.
