TL;DR

Head of Creative (AI): Building a distinctive, high-performing creative engine that turns business strategies into recognizable and trusted work across paid performance, owned/organic content, and hyperlocal campaigns with an accent on AI-driven content creation and cross-market adaptation. Focus on restructuring workflows to leverage AI agents for volume, signal, drafts, and orchestration, ensuring creative output is both high-volume and culturally nuanced.

Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Central London — 4 days/week in our HQ.

What you will do

  • Define and evolve hirify.global's brand platform to work across the SMB audience and multi-product suite.
  • Translate business and product strategy into creative briefs and campaign territories.
  • Own and operate the creative OS: matrix-driven brief design, brief-to-kill workflow, and daily/weekly/monthly cadence.
  • Direct the AI creative system, curating its output and running learning loops to improve performance.
  • Build in-house production capability for hyperlocal creative, ensuring cross-market adaptation respects cultural nuance.
  • Build a high-performing creative and content team, managing agency and creator relationships.

Requirements

  • 8–12+ years in creative, brand, or marketing roles with a track record of driving commercial outcomes in fintech, SaaS, e-commerce, or adjacent B2B/B2C2B.
  • Experience owning the creative and brand platform for a scaling company.
  • Deep craft in creative and storytelling with a portfolio of strong ideas across digital channels and formats.
  • Comfortable operating at the intersection of brand and performance, collaborating closely with paid performance.
  • Multi-European-market experience, understanding how to adapt creative and messaging for different cultures and regulations.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Central London — 4 days/week in our HQ.
