What you will do

• Own the end-to-end UK brand identity, including tone of voice and visual systems.
• Develop and execute creative concepts and campaigns tailored to the UK market.

• Ensure brand consistency across digital, social, print, and product channels.
• Partner with growth and product teams to iterate and optimize creative work based on performance data.
• Build scalable creative workflows that balance speed and quality.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK
• 4–6 years of experience in creative, brand, or design leadership.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating visual storytelling and cross-channel campaigns.
• Deep understanding of branding, design systems, and digital content strategy.
• Proven experience leading creative teams and elevating creative standards.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Canva.
• Experience building or localizing brands specifically for the UK market.
