Salary: $125,000–$145,000 (Base) + $10,000–$40,000 (Bonus)

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end logistics for 50+ annual conferences and trade shows, including booth design, production, and team attendance.
• Produce high-end branded experiences ranging from intimate executive dinners to large-scale multi-day gatherings.
• Collaborate with strategic partners to execute co-hosted workshops, happy hours, and dinners.
• Oversee the design and distribution of branded merchandise and client gifts with a focus on quality and style.
• Optimize event operations playbooks and track budgets, vendor contracts, and performance metrics.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in events or experiential marketing within B2B, finance, or clean energy sectors.
• Must be based in NYC or DC with the ability to travel approximately 10% of the time.
• Proven experience coordinating multiple vendors across AV, catering, and production.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing and sales teams.
• Experience leveraging AI to streamline and enhance event planning processes.
