What you will do

• Support pre-deal integration and separation planning, including developing deal impact assessments and Day 1 readiness plans.
• Design target operating models and integration blueprints tailored to financial services environments.
• Build and maintain financial models for synergy opportunities, quantifying costs and benefit realization.
• Evaluate standalone operating model impacts, TSA requirements, and exit planning for carve-outs.
• Incorporate AI, data platforms, and emerging technologies into post-deal value creation strategies.
• Manage senior client stakeholders and develop structured executive presentations with data-driven insights.

Requirements

• Must have relevant experience in integration and separation planning or large transformational programs within financial services.
• Strong understanding of the financial services value chain and at least one subsector (Asset Management, Wealth Management, Insurance, or Fintech).
• Advanced Excel proficiency for financial modeling, synergy dashboards, and cost/benefit analysis.
• Proven track record of supporting large transformation programs or IT/Operational workstreams independently.
• Ability to engage with senior stakeholders including CFOs, COOs, and CTOs.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with technology or operational due diligence.
• Experience with professional qualifications such as CFA or IMC.
