Principal Value Advisory Consultant (Fintech): Supporting the growth of SaaS and hirify.global One offerings by acting as a trusted advisor to prospects throughout the presales lifecycle with an accent on strategic, commercial, and operational alignment. Focus on shaping complex investment management solutions, leading RFP responses, and engaging C-level stakeholders on cloud-native operating models and AI-driven platform capabilities.

Location: Hybrid role requiring office attendance 2 days per week in Copenhagen, London, Bad Homburg, or Paris.

What you will do

  • Engage prospects in structured discovery to map business needs to hirify.global One and SaaS solutions.
  • Lead and contribute to RFP responses, focusing on commercial models, security, and data residency.
  • Plan and deliver tailored workshops and architecture design sessions for diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Articulate the value of the hirify.global One open platform, API-first design, and embedded AI capabilities.
  • Partner with Sales and Account Management to ensure consistent, high-quality messaging across the sales lifecycle.
  • Provide strategic feedback to Product and SaaS Operations teams based on market and prospect insights.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in investment management technology, presales, or senior implementation.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Deep understanding of buy-side operating models and industry trends like T+1 settlement and cloud adoption.
  • Strong knowledge of hirify.global Dimension, hirify.global One, or competing front-to-back investment platforms.
  • Proven ability to operate in complex, multi-stakeholder consultative sales environments.
  • Comfort with AI tools and translating emerging technologies into practical client value.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in additional European languages.
  • Experience with regulatory frameworks such as DORA, AIFMD, or MiFID.
