What you will do

• Work alongside project teams to deliver high-quality consulting solutions for asset and wealth management clients.
• Own key project deliverables and work streams while tracking issues, risks, and dependencies.
• Produce professional business engagement materials and presentations.
• Actively participate in client meetings and support business development efforts.
• Stay current on industry trends and advisory service capabilities to provide value to clients.
• Mentor and coach junior team members to foster a collaborative environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in consulting or change projects within a leading financial institution or consulting firm.
• Strong understanding of market trends and drivers in the Asset and Wealth Management sector.
• Business language fluency in English.
• Proven ability in stakeholder management, influencing, and relationship development.
• Strong academic background with at least a bachelor’s degree from a leading institution.
• Willingness to travel as required by client projects.
