What you will do

• Plan and implement national and international consulting projects in asset and wealth management.
• Develop strategies and drive high-quality work products within expected timeframes and on budget.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure key stakeholders are informed about project progress and outcomes.
• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships and networks.
• Actively participate in the setup and development of the German location.
• Support internal business areas and contribute to the firm's practices and commercial development.

Requirements

• 8+ years of consulting experience, ideally at top financial institutions or consultancy firms.
• Understanding of market trends in the asset and wealth management market.
• First-class communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills with excellent command of Microsoft Office.
• Proven track record in client relationship development and business development/sales initiatives.
• Stakeholder management and influencing skills with clients, colleagues, and junior team members.
• Fluency in English and German is required, other languages are a plus.

Nice to have

• Continuing education in the form of relevant certifications (e.g. PMP, CAPM, CAIA, CFA, Prince2, Lean Six Sigma).
