What you will do

• Deliver advisory, project management, and implementation support for the SFCM platform.
• Support clients in establishing Securities Borrowing & Lending (SBL) businesses from inception.
• Assess current-state front-to-back processes and design target operating models.
• Translate business requirements into functional solutions and configure the SFCM platform.
• Manage testing, Go-Live readiness, and post-implementation stabilization.
• Engage and manage senior client stakeholders across business, operations, and IT.

Requirements

• 6–10+ years of experience in Securities Financing (SBL, Repo, or Collateral Management).
• Proven experience in consulting, business analysis, or system implementation.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of hirify.global SFCM, Equilend, or Pirum.
• Solid understanding of front-to-back securities finance workflows.
• Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Must be based in London for onsite work at 12 Arthur Street.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting greenfield or market-setup initiatives.
• Exposure to KSA or Middle East financial markets and regulations.
