What you will do

• Lead end-to-end technology due diligence engagements, evaluating platforms, architecture, and development practices.
• Translate technical assessments into commercial and investment insights to inform deal strategy.
• Evaluate AI, data platforms, and emerging technologies in the context of commercial growth and product roadmaps.
• Assess IT synergy opportunities for integrations and standalone operating model impacts for carve-outs.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, including private equity teams, CFOs, and CTOs.
• Mentor team members and contribute to business development, proposals, and thought leadership.

Requirements

• 7-10+ years of relevant experience in technology due diligence within financial services.
• Proven track record of leading teams and managing senior client relationships.
• Deep understanding of emerging technologies, including AI, GenAI, and data platforms.
• Ability to connect technical findings to commercial strategy and investment outcomes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Must be based in London or able to work from the London office.
