What you will do

• Process vehicle hire requests and bookings via the in-house system within agreed SLAs.
• Coordinate the delivery of hire vehicles through the company's preferred supply chain.
• Manage a caseload of claims, including telephone contact and updates with clients, insurance companies, and third parties.
• Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of claim histories and hire decisions.
• Provide professional guidance to clients regarding their claims and additional available services.
• Ensure full compliance with all technical and regulatory processes and procedures.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a busy administration and customer service role.
• Ability to solve problems proactively and organize a personal workload.
• Fast learner with a natural ability to understand technical information and processes.
• Proficiency with technology, specifically Microsoft Office packages.
• Must be able to work onsite in Solihull, Birmingham.
