What you will do

• Support members via email, phone, and other channels.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve complex queries.

• Participate in team days and feedback sessions to enhance service delivery.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK and able to commute to the London Bridge Hub.
• Experience in a fast-paced, target-driven, customer-focused environment.
• GCSEs in Maths and English or equivalent.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Commitment to managing complex queries and professional growth.
