Customer Service Advisor

TL;DR

Customer Service Advisor: Managing a dedicated portfolio of customers for Superglass and URSA product ranges with an accent on order processing, pricing, and delivery coordination. Focus on resolving complex queries, maintaining accurate documentation, and collaborating with internal supply chain and finance teams.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Stirling, UK. The role is hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days from home) following an initial 8-week on-site training period.

What you will do

• Manage a personal portfolio of customers, handling all inquiries via phone and email.
• Process purchase orders accurately and maintain up-to-date system records.
• Collaborate with supply chain, transport, and finance departments to resolve customer issues.
• Handle UK, export, and import orders across Superglass and URSA product ranges.
• Perform administrative tasks and maintain trackers using Microsoft Office.
• Participate in daily team stand-ups to align on priorities and support colleagues.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer service or sales environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Methodical approach with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Personal accountability and strong organizational skills.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of ERP systems, specifically SAP.
