What you will do

• Build and maintain renewal reporting for high-volume segments to ensure reliable forecasting.
• Define and manage renewal data capture processes across CRM and partner portals.
• Translate raw data into clear narratives and insights for leadership decision-making.
• Develop and optimize renewal pacing models and establish leading indicators for performance.
• Collaborate with RevOps, Customer Ops, and IT to automate renewal workflows.
• Audit current systems and lead remediation efforts to close data gaps.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Revenue, Sales, or Renewal Operations in a global tech or SaaS company.
• Proven track record of building renewal operations for high-volume segments.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel (Power Query, Pivot Tables, advanced formulas).
• Experience with channel and partner-led renewal motions and partner management tools.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and implement processes in unstructured environments.
