TL;DR

Director of Sales, Account Executives (CRE): Leading sales efforts for AI deal engine automating workflows from lead contact to commission in commercial real estate brokerages with an accent on relationships, listings, and scalable systems. Focus on driving profitable deals, optimizing sales processes, and expanding market reach for brokerages.

Location: Fully remote across most of the US. Occasional travel (approximately one week per quarter) for conferences, customer meetings, and industry events.

Compensation: $200,000 - $250,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Lead sales team and execute account management for CRE brokerages using AI automation.
  • Focus on relationships, winning listings, and handling workflows from first contact to commission.
  • Report to VP of Sales and engage in industry events.

Requirements

  • Must be eligible to work in the US.
  • Sales experience in SaaS or CRE preferred.
  • Ability to travel occasionally (one week per quarter).
