Salary: $200,000 - $250,000 OTE

What you will do
- Lead the Account Executive team with a primary focus on pipeline generation, funnel conversion, and quota attainment.
- Implement rigorous funnel inspections (MQL → SAL → SQL → Closed Won) to identify execution gaps.
- Coach AEs through structured 1:1s, live deal reviews, and role-play sessions to improve discovery and closing skills.
- Maintain high forecast accuracy and CRM hygiene using Salesforce to drive predictable outcomes.
- Collaborate with RevOps and Marketing to optimize MQL quality and create fast feedback loops.
- Hire, develop, and retain high-performing sales talent through targeted training and performance plans.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a quota-carrying B2B SaaS seller.
- 3+ years of experience leading Account Executives in a new logo environment.
- Proven track record of improving funnel conversion and driving consistent new logo growth.
- Experience managing forecast rigor and pipeline health within Salesforce.
- Ability to travel occasionally (approximately one week per quarter) for events and meetings.
