What you will do
- Own HubSpot end-to-end, including data integrity, pipelines, workflows, and integrations.
- Optimize the GTM tech stack (Gong, Starbridge, etc.) and integrate AI-powered workflows.
- Build reports, dashboards, and forecasting frameworks to provide visibility into pipeline performance.
- Design and scale the end-to-end lead flow between Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
- Lead the evaluation and potential migration to a more robust CRM like Salesforce.
- Partner with leadership on enablement strategy and cross-functional GTM planning.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations.
- Proven experience in a high-growth startup (Series A or B stage).
- Deep HubSpot expertise at an admin level.
- Strong analytical skills for building reporting and forecasting models.
- Ability to act as a player-coach, balancing strategy with hands-on execution.
- Must be based in or able to work hybrid in New York.

- Experience in edtech or K-12 sectors.
