What you will do
- Partner with Commercial Account Managers to align product offerings with customer IT management challenges.
- Lead discovery meetings and provide platform demonstrations for prospects and existing customers.
- Execute highly technical Proof of Value engagements to showcase solution effectiveness.
- Translate complex customer business needs into tailored technical solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with executive and technology leaders.
- Stay current on competitive market trends and product differentiators.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of sales experience in Enterprise Software or SaaS.
- Expertise in software pre-sales or value-based technical selling for IT management tools.
- Proven ability to present effectively to audiences ranging from C-Suite to technical users.
- Experience managing complex projects and driving successful outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Must be based in the Americas region with 10-25% travel expected.
