Focus on leading pre-sales discovery meetings, conducting platform demos, and managing complex Proof of Value engagements to solve customer IT challenges.

What you will do

  • Partner with Commercial Account Managers to align product offerings with customer IT management challenges.
  • Lead discovery meetings and provide platform demonstrations for prospects and existing customers.
  • Execute highly technical Proof of Value engagements to showcase solution effectiveness.
  • Translate complex customer business needs into tailored technical solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with executive and technology leaders.
  • Stay current on competitive market trends and product differentiators.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of sales experience in Enterprise Software or SaaS.
  • Expertise in software pre-sales or value-based technical selling for IT management tools.
  • Proven ability to present effectively to audiences ranging from C-Suite to technical users.
  • Experience managing complex projects and driving successful outcomes.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Must be based in the Americas region with 10-25% travel expected.
