Location: Must be based in New York City (Hybrid role).

hirify.global is a fast-growing unicorn building an AI-powered platform for regulatory compliance, climate intelligence, and supply chain transparency, serving over 2,500 enterprise customers globally.

What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to signature, with a focus on 50%+ self-generated pipeline.
  • Engage with VP-level stakeholders and above through consultative discovery and in-person meetings.
  • Execute strategic outreach plays including executive dinners, innovation center visits, and partner events.
  • Maintain 100% CRM hygiene and follow rigorous playbook discipline for deal dynamics and risk management.
  • Collaborate across BD, Pre-Sales, Product, and Marketing to ensure multi-solution deal execution.
  • Conduct post-game reviews after every deal to iterate and improve sales performance.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS with a proven record of consistent overachievement.
  • Fluency in sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, Challenger, or equivalent.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships at the C-suite and VP level.
  • Must be based in New York City or able to work from the local office.
  • Strong hunter mentality with a high say-to-do ratio and extreme ownership.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.

Nice to have

  • Background in compliance, sustainability, supply chain, or industrial technology.
  • Experience in MBB strategy consulting.
