What you will do

  • Collaborate with Commercial Account Managers to align product offerings with customer IT management challenges.
  • Lead discovery meetings, platform demos, and technical Proof of Value (POV) engagements.
  • Translate complex customer technical challenges into actionable hirify.global solutions.
  • Act as a technical expert throughout the sales cycle to ensure strategic account goals are met.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, peers, and partners.
  • Stay current on market trends and competitive differentiators.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of sales experience in Enterprise Software (preferably SaaS) or high-tech customer-facing roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven expertise in value-based technical selling and IT management tools.
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively from C-suite to technical users.
  • Ability to own complex projects and drive successful outcomes.
  • Willingness to travel 10-25% for in-person customer engagements.
