What you will do
- Collaborate with Commercial Account Managers to align product offerings with customer IT management challenges.
- Lead discovery meetings, platform demos, and technical Proof of Value (POV) engagements.
- Translate complex customer technical challenges into actionable solutions.
- Act as a technical expert throughout the sales cycle to ensure strategic account goals are met.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, peers, and partners.
- Stay current on market trends and competitive differentiators.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of sales experience in Enterprise Software (preferably SaaS) or high-tech customer-facing roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Proven expertise in value-based technical selling and IT management tools.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively from C-suite to technical users.
- Ability to own complex projects and drive successful outcomes.
- Willingness to travel 10-25% for in-person customer engagements.
