TL;DR
Customer Success Manager (SaaS): Managing a portfolio of existing accounts to drive product adoption and maximize profit through cross-sell and up-sell opportunities with an accent on relationship building and IT product expertise. Focus on identifying growth opportunities, navigating customer escalations, and ensuring high customer satisfaction scores.
Location: Hybrid in Tampa, FL or Austin, TX (In the office 4 days per week). This position is NOT eligible for Visa sponsorship.

What you will do
- Grow a book of business within a portfolio of existing accounts to maximize company profit.
- Proactively engage customers to identify, qualify, and develop cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
- Act as the single point of contact for accounts to nurture long-term stakeholder relationships.
- Analyze customer needs to present tailored solutions that ensure product adoption and satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate documentation of activities and opportunity forecasting using Salesforce.
- Monitor market conditions and competitive activities to maintain a strategic advantage.
Requirements
- Proven track record in achieving and maintaining sales targets.
- Extensive knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure.
- Exceptional consultative skills with the ability to communicate clearly and overcome objections.
- Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Tampa, FL or Austin, TX.
- Must have valid US work authorization (No Visa sponsorship provided).
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
