What you will do

  • Lead the technical pre-sales engineering process in collaboration with Federal Account Executives.
  • Conduct interactive discovery meetings to analyze customer technology environments and business needs.
  • Deliver tailored presentations and product demonstrations aligned with agency mission objectives.
  • Own all aspects of the technical sales process from initial discovery to deal closure.
  • Advise internal and external stakeholders on federal-specific technology requirements and architecture.
  • Develop strategic and technical account plans in partnership with regional sales teams.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the Washington, D.C. region (Virginia, Maryland, or D.C.)
  • Experience in Pre-Sales or Systems Engineering with endpoint, security, or service management software.
  • Technology consulting experience in Federal Civilian, DoD/DoW, or FSI markets.
  • Hands-on experience implementing solutions in complex government environments.
  • Strong knowledge of systems architecture and project management principles.
  • Ability to translate complex technical requirements into mission-focused value propositions.
