Location: Remote, with a strong preference for candidates based in the Washington, DC / Maryland / Virginia (DMV) area.

What you will do
- Develop and manage strategic accounts within assigned federal agencies.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities to meet territory goals.
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from initial prospecting to final close.
- Engage with executive stakeholders including CIOs, CISOs, and mission owners.
- Navigate federal procurement processes, including IDIQs, GWACs, and partner-led transactions.
- Collaborate with solutions engineers and the partner ecosystem to position solutions.
Requirements
- 7+ years of enterprise software sales experience.
- Demonstrated success selling into U.S. Federal agencies.
- Strong understanding of Federal IT organizational structures and operations.
- Experience with federal procurement, compliance, and government contracting regulations.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms like Salesforce for pipeline and forecast management.
- Ability to influence executive-level decision makers.
Nice to have
- Existing relationships within federal agencies or the partner ecosystem.
- Experience selling into DoD, VA, or large civilian agencies.
- Familiarity with federal compliance frameworks such as FedRAMP, FISMA, NIST 800-171, and RMF.
- Background in infrastructure, security, or document automation solutions.
