TL;DR

Location: Remote, with a strong preference for candidates based in the Washington, DC / Maryland / Virginia (DMV) area.

What you will do

  • Develop and manage strategic accounts within assigned federal agencies.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities to meet territory goals.
  • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from initial prospecting to final close.
  • Engage with executive stakeholders including CIOs, CISOs, and mission owners.
  • Navigate federal procurement processes, including IDIQs, GWACs, and partner-led transactions.
  • Collaborate with solutions engineers and the partner ecosystem to position hirify.global solutions.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of enterprise software sales experience.
  • Demonstrated success selling into U.S. Federal agencies.
  • Strong understanding of Federal IT organizational structures and operations.
  • Experience with federal procurement, compliance, and government contracting regulations.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms like Salesforce for pipeline and forecast management.
  • Ability to influence executive-level decision makers.

Nice to have

  • Existing relationships within federal agencies or the partner ecosystem.
  • Experience selling into DoD, VA, or large civilian agencies.
  • Familiarity with federal compliance frameworks such as FedRAMP, FISMA, NIST 800-171, and RMF.
  • Background in infrastructure, security, or document automation solutions.
