What you will do

• Lead technical discovery and value mapping across technical and business stakeholders for high-impact federal accounts.
• Build and deliver tailored demonstrations and sandbox environments for complex federal scenarios with clear success criteria.
• Recommend reference architectures across general IT, classified, and IL4 to IL6 environments, addressing security and compliance.
• Mentor team members on competitive positioning, discovery techniques, and demo craft to raise the technical bar.
• Convert field insights into actionable feedback for Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams.

Requirements

• 7+ years in presales Solutions Engineering for SaaS or enterprise software, with significant DoD or federal experience.
• Proven track record of running successful POCs in classified or restricted federal environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• English language proficiency required.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
• Active Top Secret clearance strongly preferred.

Nice to have

• Active TS/SCI eligibility or existing SCI access.
• Experience navigating federal integrations and SI-led delivery partnerships (e.g., Leidos, SAIC, Booz Allen).
• Working knowledge of CMMC, JSIG, or IC-specific compliance frameworks.
