Salary: $135,000 - $205,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead technical pre-sales and Proof of Value (PoV) efforts for Federal Civilian customers to drive deal closure.
• Align the platform with federal mission requirements, acquisition strategies, and compliance frameworks.
• Act as the primary technical bridge between prospects, Product Management, and Engineering for feedback and escalations.
• Present complex security problems and solutions to diverse audiences, including C-level executives.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers and Alliances to ensure comprehensive solution alignment.

Requirements

• CJIS clearance and Secret Clearance (or ability to obtain) are required.
• Must be based in the USA (Remote, DMV area).
• Prior experience as a Federal Civilian Sales Engineer.
• Strong technical proficiency in Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
• Deep expertise in endpoint or network security (AV, EDR, SIEM, firewall, HIPS/IDS).
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.

Nice to have

• Experience with SaaS-based security offerings, malware analysis, or threat intelligence.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
• Knowledge of large-scale cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and FedRAMP IL-5 frameworks.
• Industry certifications: CISSP, CEH, OSCP, or SANS.
• Top Secret / SCI Clearance.
