What you will do

• Own the full lifecycle of AI/ML projects from problem framing and data acquisition to deployment and continuous monitoring.
• Design and implement RAG pipelines and agentic workflows using vector databases and modern LLM frameworks.
• Build scalable data pipelines for structured and unstructured enterprise data.
• Establish robust evaluation frameworks for hallucination, bias, and fairness to meet strict financial industry governance standards.
• Optimize model inference latency, throughput, and cost in production environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business problems into AI-native solutions.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Bachelor's degree in a related field with at least 5 years of experience in production-grade AI/ML solutions.
• Proven experience with at least one production LLM agent or agentic workflow.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL, with hands-on experience in AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Experience in a consultative or client-facing role.
• Familiarity with model risk management and trustworthy AI practices in regulated industries.

Nice to have

• Experience with LangGraph, LangChain, or DSPy.
• Proficiency in cloud-native development (AWS, Azure, GCP) and data warehousing (Snowflake).
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
