What you will do

• Build technical proofs-of-value (PoV) using real prospect data to demonstrate ROI and win enterprise deals.
• Architect and deploy customer-specific AI Agent configurations to automate complex accounting processes and strengthen internal controls.
• Perform deep technical troubleshooting, editing Python and writing SQL for integrations and data flow diagnosis.
• Lead transformation engagements with CFOs and Controllers to identify operational bottlenecks where AI agents create leverage.
• Collaborate with Core Engineering and Product Management to translate customer feedback and patterns into product roadmap items.
• Develop implementation guides and reusable assets to scale the deployment playbook.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Forward Deployed Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or technical consulting roles.
• Deep experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, webhooks, SQL, and enterprise integrations.
• Proven track record of managing multiple technical deployments under high delivery pressure.
• Ability to communicate technical insights clearly to both engineers and C-level executives.
• Must be based in Mountain View, California.
• Ability to travel up to 70% to customer sites.

Nice to have

• Background in high-growth SaaS, applied AI, or fintech/ERP domains.
• Domain expertise in construction, nonprofit, manufacturing, wealth management, healthcare, or field services.
• Experience as a former management consultant, competitive programmer, or PhD.
• Prior experience with multi-month embedded customer deployments.
