Location: Hybrid; must be able to attend the New York office approximately 2-3 days per week

Salary: $190,000 – $235,000

What you will do

• Partner with senior leadership to define and drive the people agenda and business vision.
• Develop workforce strategies, headcount growth plans, and critical role coverage aligned with commercial demand.
• Oversee annual BAU processes, including compensation planning, job evaluation, and goal setting.
• Lead strategic initiatives for performance, reward, and retention frameworks.
• Design and deliver training frameworks and career evolution paths for various consulting levels.
• Manage post-acquisition people integration and optimize organizational design and operating models.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in management or people consulting.
• 3–5 years of experience leading strategic people-related initiatives.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders on organizational design and people strategy.
• Strong experience in talent attraction, succession planning, and leadership development.
• University degree (2:1 or above) in a relevant discipline.
• Ability to work from the New York office 2-3 days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience within a consulting firm focused on Financial Services or Asset and Wealth Management.
• Exposure to global or matrixed organizations with complex stakeholder environments.
• Professional certification such as CIPD 7, SHRM-SCP, or equivalent.
