Salary: $195,000 – $230,000

What you will do

• Coach leaders and managers to improve team effectiveness, performance, and employee experience.
• Partner on people strategy, including org design, workforce planning, and team development.
• Advise on employee relations matters, including performance, behavior, and investigations.
• Drive core people programs such as compensation, performance cycles, and talent planning.
• Use data and insights to proactively identify and address talent risks like attrition and engagement.
• Lead change management efforts across reorgs, leadership changes, and evolving business priorities.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience supporting senior Engineering, Product, or technical leaders.
• Must live within commuting distance of San Francisco, Los Angeles, or Seattle.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth tech environments.
• Strong partnership mindset and ability to build trust across all levels.
• Sound judgment and discretion in handling sensitive situations.
• Clear and effective communication in a remote-first environment.
