What you will do

• Partner with senior leadership to define and execute the people agenda for the Insurance division.
• Analyze people data to drive improvements in recruitment, retention, and talent development.
• Lead strategic workforce planning, performance management, and succession planning initiatives.
• Oversee organizational design and post-acquisition integration efforts.
• Mobilize and support internal HR and recruitment delivery teams to ensure service quality.
• Collaborate with leadership on integrating AI and emerging technologies into consultant workflows.

Requirements

• 10+ years of HR or recruitment experience, including 3–5 years in a strategic business partnering role.
• Certification such as CIPD 7, SHRM-SCP, or equivalent.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and advise on organizational design.
• Strong background in talent attraction, succession planning, and leadership development.
• Demonstrated experience in change management and post-acquisition integration.
• University degree (2:1 or above) in a relevant discipline.

Nice to have

• Experience within a consulting firm, ideally in Financial Services or Insurance.
• Exposure to global or matrixed organizational structures.
