What you will do
- Partner with senior leadership to define and execute the people agenda for the Alternatives division.
- Analyze people data to drive improvements across recruitment, HR, and learning lifecycles.
- Lead strategic workforce planning, performance management, and retention initiatives.
- Oversee organizational design, team structures, and post-acquisition people integration.
- Mentor and provide oversight to the People Business Partner role and mobilize delivery teams.
- Design and execute effective people communications regarding organizational change and policy.
Requirements
- 10+ years of HR or recruitment experience, including 3–5 years in a strategic business partnering role.
- Must be based in New York and able to attend in-person leadership meetings.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage complex organizational design.
- Certification such as CIPD 7, SHRM-SCP, or equivalent professional accreditation.
- University degree (2:1 or above) in a relevant discipline.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in talent attraction, succession planning, and leadership development.
Nice to have
- Experience within a consulting firm, ideally in Financial Services or the Alternatives industry.
- Exposure to global or matrixed organizations with complex stakeholder environments.
