TL;DR

Senior People Business Partner (Fintech): Partnering with leaders to build high-performing and inclusive teams with an accent on strategic advisory, coaching, and employee relations. Location: Must be based in the U.S. (excluding U.S. territories)

Salary: $165,000 – $195,000

What you will do

  • Partner with leaders to align People strategies with team and business goals.
  • Coach managers through performance conversations, feedback, development, and team dynamics.
  • Lead complex employee relations matters, investigations, and conflict resolution efforts.
  • Drive initiatives focused on engagement, retention, culture, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Use people data and trends to identify opportunities and guide strategic decision-making.
  • Lead change management efforts and partner cross-functionally on learning and development initiatives.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of HR experience, including business partnership and employee relations.
  • Strong experience handling complex employee relations issues and workplace investigations.
  • Ability to build trust and influence leaders across multiple levels of an organization.
  • Solid understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Experience driving organizational change and implementing People programs.
  • Must be based in the U.S. (excluding U.S. territories).

Nice to have

  • Master’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, or Business Administration.
  • SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or similar HR certification.
  • Experience supporting high-growth or rapidly changing organizations.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using HR metrics to inform strategy.
