TL;DR

Director, Human Resources Business Partner (Consumer Products): Designing and delivering people strategies to develop world-class talent with an accent on performance management, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness. Focus on aligning P&C agendas with corporate strategy, coaching senior leadership, and leveraging AI tools to scale people programs.

Location: Hybrid; must be based in or be able to work from the Needham, MA office 3 days per week

Salary: $163,500 - $257,500 USD

What you will do

  • Act as a trusted advisor to operations leadership, driving P&C strategies and organizational effectiveness.
  • Shape talent strategy, including leadership pipelines, succession planning, and strategic workforce planning.
  • Lead change initiatives and process improvements to champion corporate culture.
  • Coach and mentor associates at all levels as an integrated member of the business unit.
  • Partner with leaders to design agile organizational structures and facilitate leadership offsites.
  • Leverage AI tools and P&C technology to improve decision-making and scale people programs.

Requirements

  • 8-10 years of HR experience with a focus on business partnering and talent management.
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of state and federal employment laws and standards.
  • Ability to be reliably present in Needham, MA a minimum of three days per week.
  • Proven track record of leading through influence in a global, matrixed environment.
  • Fluency with AI and modern P&C technology (generative AI, HRIS).

  • Experience in the consumer products industry.
