Talent Management Consultant (HR): Leading talent strategy and organizational development initiatives within the Global Talent Center of Expertise with an accent on succession planning, performance enablement, and culture stewardship. Focus on partnering with senior business leaders to diagnose talent needs, drive leadership readiness, and embed inclusion and diversity practices across a matrixed global organization.
Location: Onsite in Minneapolis, MN or Lafayette, CO
Salary: $141,600 – $212,400 USD

What you will do
- Partner with senior leaders and HRBPs to diagnose organizational, talent, and culture needs.
- Co-create and deploy tailored talent strategies to support business objectives and succession pipelines.
- Facilitate enterprise performance management processes and leadership team discussions.
- Drive development and retention of critical talent pools and leadership pipelines.
- Act as a culture steward by embedding the Mindset and inclusion practices.
- Serve as a backup for Talent Management Directors and provide strategic coaching to leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree with 10+ years of HR experience (or Advanced Degree with 8+ years).
- Must possess unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and provide strategic consultation to senior leaders.
- Expertise in talent planning, performance management, and succession planning.
- Experience supporting matrixed organizations and managing multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in HR systems (Workday), PowerPoint, and data analytics tools.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree in I/O Psychology, MBA, or Human Resources.
- Experience with AI tools and data dashboards.
- Change Management or Organization Development certification.
- Subject matter expertise in competency modeling and role profiling.
