Location: Hybrid from Gdańsk (3 days per week from the office)
Salary: 1200–1450 PLN/day on B2B

What you will do
- Develop and maintain robust solutions using the Pega platform to manage customer groups.
- Provide technical guidance and architectural support to development teams.
- Ensure high-quality delivery of business requirements within established standards and timelines.
- Optimize processes by improving Agile ceremonies and streamlining release cycles.
- Manage end-to-end release orchestration for Pega UI and coordinate dependencies.
- Serve as the primary liaison between DevOps teams and business partners.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in technical roles with enterprise application development.
- 5+ years of hands-on programming experience within Pega (Development Studio).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in complex technical environments.
- Experience with Pega configuration, DevOps, testing automation, and release orchestration.
- English proficiency for daily interaction in an international environment.
Nice to have
- Experience with Pega Application Studio and Blueprint.
- Background in financial services, specifically master data and credit risk management.
- Knowledge of BizDevOps and stakeholder management in complex structures.
- Pega System Architect certification.
