What you will do

• Develop and maintain robust solutions using the Pega platform to manage customer groups.
• Provide technical guidance and architectural support to development teams.
• Ensure high-quality delivery of business requirements within established standards and timelines.
• Optimize processes by improving Agile ceremonies and streamlining release cycles.
• Manage end-to-end release orchestration for Pega UI and coordinate dependencies.
• Serve as the primary liaison between DevOps teams and business partners.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in technical roles with enterprise application development.
• 5+ years of hands-on programming experience within Pega (Development Studio).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in complex technical environments.
• Experience with Pega configuration, DevOps, testing automation, and release orchestration.
• English proficiency for daily interaction in an international environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Pega Application Studio and Blueprint.
• Background in financial services, specifically master data and credit risk management.
• Knowledge of BizDevOps and stakeholder management in complex structures.
• Pega System Architect certification.
