TL;DR

Location: Poland (Warszawa, Krakow). Work format: Hybrid, Remote, or Office. Business-level fluency in Polish and English is mandatory.

What you will do
- Translate business issues and requirements into best practice processes, blueprints, and functional specifications for EAM systems.
- Provide technical leadership across the project lifecycle, including the development, testing, and deployment of technical solutions.
- Configure and customize customer solutions using in-depth knowledge of workflows and system configurations.
- Facilitate system design and process reengineering workshops, creating process maps, data standards, and training materials.
- Manage multiple high-value projects concurrently, acting as an advocate for end-users and managing project risks.
- Prepare responses to RFIs and RFPs while controlling the scope of project design.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5-7 years of experience with Asset Management Systems such as IBM Maximo, AssetWise, SAP, Infor, or Oracle.
- Proven track record of leading 3+ high-value, long-running projects.
- Programming proficiency in Java, JavaScript, and SQL.
- Strong understanding of databases including DB2, Oracle, and MSSQL.
- Business-level fluency in both Polish and English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
Nice to have
- IBM Maximo Certification or equivalent software accreditation.
- Experience with IBM WebSphere, BEA WebLogic, or RedHat OpenShift.
- Knowledge of Windows and Linux/Solaris operating systems.
- Agile DSDM Practitioner Certification or experience with Scrum and Prince2.
