What you will do

  • Manage SAP S/4HANA Cloud implementation and rollout projects in an international environment.
  • Coordinate project activities across all delivery phases, including planning, budgeting, and deliverable tracking.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with business stakeholders and external partners.
  • Facilitate workshops and gather business requirements to ensure alignment with global standards.
  • Oversee data migration, system integration, and master data management activities.
  • Monitor project risks and dependencies, providing regular status reporting to leadership.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management.
  • Hands-on experience delivering at least 2 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations.
  • Experience with international rollouts and SAP delivery methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of business processes in Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, or Manufacturing.
  • English: Minimum C1 level required.
  • Location: Must be based in Poland.
  • Higher education degree in a technical field.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of SAP BTP, CPI, or SAP analytics solutions.
  • Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery approaches.
