What you will do

• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and best-practice processes.
• Configure and customize Maximo solutions to meet complex client asset management needs.
• Facilitate system design and process reengineering workshops.
• Oversee the development, testing, and deployment of technical solutions.
• Provide ongoing client support and end-user training.
• Mentor and guide junior team members on project delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience delivering Maximo projects across multiple industries.
• Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, and SQL.
• Strong understanding of databases including DB2, Oracle, and MSSQL.
• Experience managing high-value or long-term projects using diverse methodologies.
• Must be based in Poland with availability for 20% travel within Poland and EMEA.

Nice to have

• IBM Maximo professional certifications.
• Agile DSDM Practitioner Certification.
• Experience with Maximo Mobile, BIRT Report Writing, or Maximo Integration Framework.
• Knowledge of cloud hosting platforms like AWS or Azure and Red Hat OpenShift.
