What you will do

• Provide L1–L3 application support for SAP FI/CO modules.
• Manage incidents, change requests, and service requests using ServiceNow.
• Support Controlling (CO), General Ledger (GL), and Financial Accounting processes.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer and address functional gaps following S/4HANA migration.
• Collaborate with cross-border teams across Europe to ensure business continuity.
• Drive continuous system improvement and ensure overall environment stability.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in SAP FI/CO, specifically CO, GL, and FI.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance.
• Proven experience in L1–L3 support, including incident and change management.
• Practical experience working with ServiceNow.
• Working knowledge of SAP Solution Manager or SAP Cloud ALM.
• Must be based in Poland

Nice to have

• Basic knowledge of APIs.
• Experience with CDS Views.
• Experience with the REFX module.
