What you will do

• Handle a caseload of litigated Credit Hire and Personal Injury motor cases in county and high courts.
• Draft pleadings, applications, and witness statements while maintaining case management systems.
• Liaise with insurers, insured parties, and witnesses to progress claims efficiently.
• Attend court, mediations, and settlement conferences in person or remotely.
• Instruct counsel and participate in consultations to ensure optimal commercial outcomes.
• Deliver agreed performance targets and maintain compliance with LSNI regulations.

Requirements

• Law Degree and qualified Solicitor status (0-2 years PQE).
• Must be based in or able to work from the Belfast office.
• Understanding of litigation practice, court rules, and case law.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client and third-party liaison.
• Ability to prioritize work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Excellent research and analytical skills with proficiency in IT systems.
