Salary: £35,000–£38,000 / year

What you will do
- Handle a caseload of litigated Credit Hire and Personal Injury motor cases in county and high courts.
- Draft pleadings, applications, and witness statements while maintaining case management systems.
- Liaise with insurers, insured parties, and witnesses to progress claims efficiently.
- Attend court, mediations, and settlement conferences in person or remotely.
- Instruct counsel and participate in consultations to ensure optimal commercial outcomes.
- Deliver agreed performance targets and maintain compliance with LSNI regulations.
Requirements
- Law Degree and qualified Solicitor status (0-2 years PQE).
- Must be based in or able to work from the Belfast office.
- Understanding of litigation practice, court rules, and case law.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client and third-party liaison.
- Ability to prioritize work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Excellent research and analytical skills with proficiency in IT systems.
