What you will do

  • Conduct complex technical investigations and review files for multi-track credit hire cases up to £100K.
  • Develop and implement litigation strategies and conduct comprehensive legal research.
  • Negotiate with third-party solicitors and maintain relationships with insured and insurer clients.
  • Manage the court process, including drafting defenses, allocation questionnaires, and instructing Counsel.
  • Ensure strict compliance with SRA Standards, Regulations, and ISO 9001 guidelines.

Requirements

  • Essential: Proven experience in litigation and handling Credit Hire files.
  • Essential: Qualified Solicitor or CILEX with necessary practice rights.
  • Experience handling Personal Injury (PI) claims.
  • Minimum 5 GCSEs or equivalent; a degree or LPC is preferred.
  • Strong telephone negotiation, communication, and IT skills (Word, Outlook).
