What you will do

• Assist qualified solicitors with insurance defence litigation caseloads.
• Draft pleadings and review discoverable material for discovery matters.
• Conduct legal research and analyze quantum evidence, including medical reports.
• Prepare trial bundles and support witnesses for court appearances.
• Manage daily tasks and deadlines using the internal Case Management system.
• Liaise professionally with clients, counsel, and third-party experts.

Requirements

• Law Degree required
• Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize work and meet strict deadlines under pressure.
• Strong IT proficiency and ability to work to agreed service level agreements.
• Professional attitude and commitment to team values.
• Must be based in or able to commute to Belfast

Nice to have

• Previous experience in a legal environment is not required.
• Interest in progressing a legal career, including attending ILPS.
