What you will do

• Provide financial modelling and scenario analysis for business unit initiatives and new client opportunities.
• Monitor project financials to safeguard profitability and cash flow.
• Support the budgeting process and develop rolling forecasts incorporating demand and costs.
• Track key performance indicators and analyze revenue, utilization, and margin drivers.
• Serve as the primary financial point of contact for business unit leadership and project teams.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and evaluate investment business cases.

Requirements

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Finance role.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills for building financial models.
• Excellent communication skills for conveying insights to non-financial stakeholders.
• Must be based in Paris, France, and able to work from the office 3 days per week.

Nice to have

• Professional finance qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
• Experience within a professional services or management consulting firm.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Sage, or data visualization tools like Pigment/PowerBI.
