What you will do

• Support project design through to delivery, working both independently and within a team.
• Create high-quality work products and take ownership of specific project deliverables or workstreams.
• Prepare and deliver materials for project and client meetings.
• Identify and discuss potential business opportunities and contribute to business development and thought leadership.
• Track project plans, milestones, risks, and dependencies, ensuring timely escalation.
• Stay current with Wealth Management and Retail Investment trends to better serve clients.

Requirements

• Approximately 3 years of experience in financial services consulting, ideally within Wealth Management & Retail Investments.
• Experience with significant change projects covering Target Operating Models, business processes, or IT solutions.
• Knowledge of areas such as Distribution, CRM, regulatory compliance/risk, data models, or cost optimization.
• Strong academic background (minimum 2:1 degree) or equivalent industry experience.
• Willingness to travel when needed.
