Requirements

• At least 2-3 years of experience in consulting or change projects within financial institutions.
• Experience with Target Operating Models, CRM, or Portfolio/Risk management.
• Strong academic background with a minimum 2:1 degree.
• Business language fluency in English.
• Willingness to travel for client engagements.
