What you will do

• Manage consulting engagements and transformation projects for prestigious asset and wealth management clients.
• Define client strategies, target operating models, and roadmaps for digital and operational transformation.
• Drive the RFP process and support functional assessments for selecting market-leading investment solutions.
• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships while supporting business development initiatives.
• Produce thought leadership content, industry benchmarks, and marketing materials to support practice growth.
• Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative, meritocratic team environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in consulting or projects within a leading financial institution or consulting firm.
• Fluency in French and English is required.
• Strong knowledge of financial instruments and investment workflows (Front, Middle, and Back Office).
• Proven track record in project management, stakeholder management, and client relationship development.
• Strong academic background from a top-ranking business or engineering school.
• Must be eligible to work in France.

Nice to have

• Experience with market-leading solution providers such as Bloomberg AIM, Blackrock Aladdin, or Simcorp Dimension.
